Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping (Continental 48 States)

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $49

  • Flat-Rate Shipping $5.95 on orders under $49

  • Ships via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) with tracking

  • Orders placed before 2 PM ET usually ship the same day (Mon–Fri)

  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO: $12.95 flat rate

 

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (most ship same or next day).

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges 

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied, return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free returns/exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item

  • Returns for any other reason (changed mind, didn’t like it, etc.): → Customer pays return shipping → We send a **prepaid return label and deduct $5.99 from the refund (covers our round-trip shipping cost)

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale (optional (recommended)
